  • How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

    We will send you the confirmation by email after you send us the data of the franchise.

  • I have made a reservation and I have not received any confirmation in my email

    Make sure you have entered a valid email address. Please check the spam folder of your email manager, if you do not find what you are looking for, please contact us.

  • How are the rental days counted?

    The days are counted as 24 hours starting from the moment the period begins according to the initial reserve schedule.

  • What kind of insurance can I buy to rent a car?

    The insurance coverage is with two FIXED franchises, one for partial damages and another for total damages or losses, the latter includes frontal crash, rollover, partial or total fire, theft or total losses in the vehicle. These are the amounts for which the client responds to the company for any eventuality.

  • Can I go to Chile with the vehicle?

    Yes, we rent cars to go to Chile, the only thing you have to do is make the reservation and request the additional: Permission to cross to Chile.

  • Can I eliminate the franchise?

    No, the franchises are FIXED and it is a fundamental requirement to cover the same with a credit card before removing the unit.

  • How can I pay my reservation?

    You can pay in cash, credit card VISA / MASTER / AMERICAN EXPRESS / CABAL / MERCADOPAGO / BANK TRANSFER.
